Delphi Management Services was founded by Brian Mathwich, MD, who began his medical career as a physician in solo practice. Dr. Mathwich soon realized that practicing medicine required more than just medical knowledge. His practice required extensive preliminary set-up and constant maintenance in order to provide effective and efficient care to his patients. Dr. Mathwich applied many of the sound business principles learned in his earlier careers, and was soon approached by many other physicians who were struggling with the financial viability of their practices.

Dr. Mathwich decided to start a medical billing service to assist these local and regional physician practices in collecting every dollar they were owed. He also realized the unique challenges of maintaining balance in billing, collections, and reimbursement.

Greg Miller, C.P.A. joined his team in 2001 to provide the leverage needed to maximize reimbursement and this special combination of physician and financial insight, focus, and management style provides immense benefits to the clients of Delphi Management Services. Greg subsequently acquired Delphi Management Services in 2004 and continues as President of the company today.
