How much does your service cost?
Delphi Management Services charges a percentage of the amount we
collect for your practice. Our fees are tied to our performance
so we don’t get paid unless you get paid. Typically, our fees
range from 4-10% of collections, depending on volume and specialty.
Are there any setup fees involved?
Our company does not charge a setup fee.
How do I check a patient balance and account information?
Delphi Management Services provides access to your account in two
ways. The first is to call us toll free @ 866-533-5744
and our staff will be available to serve your needs. You may also
access your information online at www.DelphiBilling.com. Delphi
has invested in a sophisticated data network that provides our clients
with real time access to all their account information. Our security
features allow the ability to control usage and access to this data,
providing you with the power and control to decide what information
your employees will have access.
Where do the checks go?
We serve the needs of your practice. We have clients that need
deposit services in which Delphi handles all collection, posting,
and payment to their accounts. However, you may require all payments
to be sent to your office. In any situation, DELPHI
DELIVERS the service and flexibility that you need.
Who does the patient call when they have a billing question?
Delphi Management Services provides a patient call center to handle
patient billing inquiries. We identify ourselves as your billing
service and we provide a toll free number for their convenience.
How can I be assured that my patient records will be kept confidential?
Our staff will come into contact with confidential patient information
while processing information on behalf of your practice. Our confidentiality
is guaranteed and you can be assured that all sensitive information
will be kept strictly confidential.
What is the time frame for billing out claims once the contact is
signed?
The MasterBill™ System can begin billing
paper claims for your office, given we have the correct information,
within 24 hours. Electronic claims submission usually takes 2-4
days in most cases and we will submit paper claims until the electronic
accounts are active.
What is difference between Delphi and the others?
We are professionally managed by a physician and a CPA. We incorporate
the MasterBill™ system that was specifically designed for
today’s complex medical practice and has proven time and again
to deliver results to our physician clients.
